ABOUT THIS TRAINING
This hands-on course will teach you how to:
- Apply the Results-Based Management philosophy and principles to drive highly impactful community results
- Use the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) to easily design, monitor and evaluate humanitarian and community development projects
- Use RBM and LFA in a collaborative way to consistently deliver a high level of positive, measurable change that will keep your stakeholders and donors satisfied
CLEAR, STRAIGHTFORWARD, PRACTICAL LEARNING
This is a practical course.
We've limited the number of participants to just 12 to ensure maximum participation and learning. While you will get all the theory you need, we want you to learn the steps and tools in a way that you can apply time after time after the course is over.
This means working in small teams creating your own project from scratch - from problem identification through designing the project right through to building the M&E plan.
We know development practice can often be very confusing. We aim to take current best-practice and explain it in the most clear way possible - cutting through to what's important in ways you can understand and apply.

You will learn a step-by-step method you can use every time to identify, plan and monitor projects.
This practical course will teach you how to:
- Design your own results-based project from start to finish
- Build a Monitoring & Evaluation plan so everyone knows what they are doing
